NCH1 : Studio Session
November 5, 2022
For the first Never Come Home event, we decided to hone into one of the core pieces of our identity, “Putting People On.” This was done through offering free photo studio space in hour segments to anyone who RSVP-ed. This gave creatives the opportunity to come out and get their photos taken in a professional studio, with their creative freedom at full display. The event was a huge success as we shot 5 different people throughout the day, all from different walks of life and all with their own different creative endeavors. NCH2 : Food Drive Party

For the second Never Come Home event, we tapped in to our community work side to the fullest with the introduction of a “Food Drive Function.” Using our connections in the New York underground scene, we not only developed, but also ran a full fledge food drive in the middle of a party. Guests were invited to donate 2 cans for $10 off their entry. The night ended with an infux of fun, and cans, all of which were donated to a local food pantry in Jersey City, New Jersey.After the first two events, we constantly thought about what we could do next. The answer to that, was Shake The World, literally and metaphorically. STW1, a creatives connect event and party, we enlisted some of our favorite photographers and DJ’s to put on a show for attendees and give a preview of whats to come for NCH. Hosted in Jersey City to a sold out crowd, photographers displayed their favorite photos and the dj’s spun their favorite tunes in our biggest achievement to date.Shake The World 1

NCH3 : THE GRIND GENERAL X NEVER COME HOME

Have you ever seen a moshpit at a coffee shop ? Well if not, the Grind General X Never Come Home made your dream come true. For this event, we collaborated with known local and black owned business The Grind General to present "A Market Experience," a block party and farmers market all wrapped into one. With clothing, jewelry and other accessories supplied by vendors all across the New York/New Jersey area, and food supplied by other local businesses plus DJ Mikey Darwish spinning a wide range of songs throughout the afternoon. This event left all attendees with rave reviews ranging from the enjoyment of the music they heard, food and drinks they consumed, accessories they purchased and the overall vibe amazing of that beautiful Sunday evening.SHAKE THE SUMMER 1

Capitalizing on the the hype of the Governors Ball Music Festival, the second edition of the "Shake The" series was "Shake The Summer." In collaboration with the companies Elysian Concert & AFTR PRTY NYC, we pulled together 220+ attendees showcasing a diverse lineup of sounds, and experiences furthering the norm for what it's like to attend a party. At the event we housed a tattoo and tooth gem station, plus included a "Harm Redux Stand" presented by NYC based collective RED M4GE. Aside from that and continuing on our path of showcasing new talent, half of our dj lineup was comprised of budding dj's performing their first set at "Shake The Summer." To top it all off, all attendees were entered into a raffle to potentially win a Governors Ball Festival ticket for them and a friend.
